Dreaming of trying one of our gowns before your big day? You can order a sample gown and see the fabric, fit, and style in person β a truly special part of your bridal experience. (Please note: the sample may not always be available in your chosen colour.)
If the gown isnβt quite right, returning it is simple. Postage is at your cost, and a Β£10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Falling in love? Even better! The full amount you paid for your sample can be transferred toward your new gown via a coupon code. Once we receive your sample gown back at KATESDRESSES, weβll email your code β redeemable at checkout for your full funds.

We have a handful of child, curve & jumpsuit samples. Please add a dress to the basket and in the notes section at checkout request the item you require EG a latte child dress for a 10yr old.

Our sample dresses are the perfect opportunity to see if our gowns are perfect for your bridal party before committing to an order. Our multiway gowns are one size fits all (size 6-18) if you are larger than a size 18 we advise you to order a curve gown which is made to measure and includes a larger bandeau.
We have a handful of curve sample dresses available, please add a note in the ‘notes’ section at checkout to request a curve sample dress. Please note: Curve samples are very limited so your chosen colour may not be an option. We advise ordering a regular size too so you can see your chosen colour as a dress.Β
You can purchase a sample gown (not always available in your shade) at full cost. If you decide our gowns aren’t for you, you can simply return the gown (postage at your cost) and there will be a Β£10 restocking deducted from your refund. Maximum of x2 sample dresses per bride!
If you decide to order- the full funds will be transferred to your new gown via a coupon code which will be emailed to you on receipt of the gown to KATESDRESSES. You will then use your coupon code at checkout to redeem your full funds.
Coupon codes are valid for 12weeks.
Please request your preferred shade below. I will always try to accommodate for preferred shades, but if a sample gown in your selected shade is not available, another shade will be sent in its place.Β If your shade is unavailable I will include fabric swatches so you are able to view the exact colour you prefer along with the next closet shade dress.
